The Nintendo Switch dock was removed from Nintendo’s online store shortly after the Nintendo Switch released, leading some people to believe the dock was no longer being sold. Nintendo reached out to clarify that the dock wasn’t removed due to any faults, but that it was simply out of stock.
Since the launch last week, the dock has remained out of stock on Nintendo’s official website until now. Today it was made available again, but there’s no telling how long it will remain in stock given the number of people asking about multiple docks during the Switch launch.
You can pick one up for $59.99 with no extras, which means you’ll have to buy your own AC adapter and HDMI cable in order to hook this up to your TV. Nintendo isn’t currently selling the full dock bundle that includes the AC adapter and HDMI cable and good luck finding an official AC adapter in stock during this launch period. The closest thing we could find is the upcoming Hyperkin AC adapter accessory that’s launching in April.
