The future Monster Hunter Generations has some somewhat neat collaborations confirmed for the West in the form of armour and weapons that will arrive as cost-free DLC. On the playing cards are Hearth Emblem, Okami and Ghosts ‘n Goblins tie-ins, cited as Western exclusives by Capcom. It is really now declared the fourth and final multi-franchise crossover – Monster Hunter Generations x Strider.
It’ll consist of ‘Strider Hiryu’s Cypher sword’ and armour, and in get to mimic the rapidly sword assaults of Strider the weapon will be in a ‘dual blade’ setup. Of class, the Cypher sword is just one weapon, so oddly the hunter will execute the other blade’s assaults bare-handed. It seems to be somewhat interesting, in any situation. That does nicely wrap-up four quirky cross-about sets of armour / weapons, however that does recommend we’ll have to reside without the 7-eleven retail store distributions that we saw in Japan with Monster Hunter X (Cross), which integrated Toon Website link and Star Fox. You earn some, you reduce some. Are you energized about Monster Hunter Generations and these collaborations?
