Nintendo’s official Japanese Twitter account has tweeted that its upcoming smartphone app Miitomo will launch on March 17th in the region. Pre-registration for the app has been open since the middle of February.
No word on if March 17th is the official worldwide launch date or not, but we don’t expect the service to stay exclusive to Japan for too long, since Nintendo has hyped up this first mobile effort all over the world.
