Right here at WIRED Tradition we like to imagine that our passions are broader than one particular could expect. And most of the time, which is in fact genuine. Having said that, any illusions we could have of expansive preferences or a refined palate go out the window when you commence chatting about slow-movement films of LEGO Star Wars motor vehicles getting wrecked. So when the crew behind Battle Hurt determined to celebrate Star Wars Day 2015 by paying out sixteen hrs setting up an $800 LEGO Star Destroyer—only to movie it having a nose dive in slow-motion—we had been far more than a tiny fired up. When they followed that up by assembling and then exploding six far more Lego Star Wars motor vehicles, we preferred to toss them a Royal Award Ceremony on Yavin four. And now, to put together for the launch later on this week of Rogue A single—a tale about the specific ways it takes to carry out an epic destruction—we pulled all of these LEGO Star Wars destruction films (and the behind-the-scenes appears to be at how they did it) in one particular position.
