The Nintendo Switch launched without a forward-facing browser for the regular consumer to use, but that doesn’t mean the app doesn’t include one. Thanks to its internal connections to social media sites like Facebook and Google, it’s easy to hijack the browser and take it to where you want instead of what’s available on the Nintendo Switch itself.
This is likely how the person who hacked the Nintendo Switch browser a few days back was able to do so. This is also an oversight that Nintendo will likely try and fix soon, since it lets you do things they don’t intend to allow on the Nintendo Switch.
