I really do not know how your 12 months went, but somewhere out in the world, a hen known as a kingfisher jumped off a branch, pierced into a river, and stabbed a fish. Pretty good if you question me. A peanut head bug grew a peanut for a head. Also fantastic. And male rhinoceros beetles jousted with their faces. I can believe of worse methods to devote a 12 months. These, girls and gentlemen, are my three favored Absurd Creatures of the 12 months. So I went to the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco to see them in human being.
