A San Francisco decide has sentenced previous RadiumOne and Gravity4 CEO Gurbaksh Chahal to twelve months in county jail. Even so, the decide also granted a remain on the sentence pending an appeal from Chahal’s attorney, according to Bloomberg’s Ellen Huet. After becoming accused of attacking a lady in his condominium, Chahal pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges — a deal that concerned a few decades of probation but no jail time. Even so, Chahal has given that been accused of attacking a further lady in September 2014, and Judge Tracie Brown not long ago ruled that there was sufficient evidence in the scenario to revoke Chahal’s probation. The first guilty plea resulted in intense public criticism of adtech organization RadiumOne, which then pushed Chahal out of his purpose as CEO. He began a new organization, Gravity4, wherever he was not long ago replaced as CEO by his sister, Kamal Kaur.
